"Been a long time customer with State Farm. Sharon and Felicia have taken care of us tremendously. "This office really struggles to manage policies and communications. The most basic thing is they can’t update our mailing address. They make policy changes without notifying us or sending documents to the right individual on the insurance. We left them via car insurance and I just checked the renters insurance we have and the policy coverage is all wrong (like we moved and coverage when we moved is less the one previous coverage we asked for and they didn’t notify us of this decrease in coverage) and the mailing address is still old. I don’t understand how this has happened for over 2 years. They also don’t have good customer service or really care to remedy this until I called mutliple times and was leaving the policy. A bit disappointing but expected from State Farm"
