"After spending the past 18 months with Progressive and having communications difficulties with them during a claim, my husband and I decided to change insurance companies. Prior to Progressive we had been with Allstate for a number of years and though we were satisfied with the service, the premiums were high even considering we had dual policy discounts. After doing some research, I requested an online quote from State Farm. Within just a few hours of making the quote request I was contacted by Cody Brown at the Drew Federau State Farm Agency in Carmel, IN. Cody was meticulous in finding all the ways that he could save us money and was my new policy in place within a short amount of time. He has been helpful with everything from explanations of benefits and costs to helping me get the app working on my phone. All in all I ended up saving approximately $65 per month for even better coverage by switching from Progressive to State Farm. If you're looking to get more bang for your buck or better service out of your insurance company, I highly recommend State Farm. And you don't even have to be in close proximity to the caramel area to use their services."

"I switched to this State Farm agency after a disappointing experience with my previous State Farm agent. I had a question about my premium increase and was very impressed with the level of assistance and care I received. The representative took the time to thoroughly explain the reasons for the increase, breaking down the factors that contributed to the adjustment. She was patient and detailed answering all of my questions. I inquired about other discounts that could help me lower my premium, and the representative walked me through each one to see which would be the most beneficial for my situation.
